Idle fluctuation issue. PLEASE HELP

I have a 93 coupe with a Z6. when my clutch is in or im letting car warm up my idle goes from about 900 then jumps to about 3300 when its cold. when its warm it only jumps to 2800. i havent found any vacuume leakes. when the car warms up if i turn my heater on high and turn my headlights on it will hold a steady idle at about 1600 rpms. i need help bad! im boosted and gets very annoying when sitting at a light with it reving up and down.. another thing, the heater and head light trick quit working so i reset ecu and it started to work again.

FITV, vacum leaks, check radiator hoses, IACV, carbon build up, reset base idle, bleed the coolant. Basic ideas.

maybe a bad tps sensor but i geuss you would have thown a code i know when i had idle issues it was the tps
