just a quickie, to all civic owners, hey whats up with my idle when i stepped on the gas then goes down low idle then jump back again high abt 1300 rpm then down low again? u guys have any same problems as me? what i did was i adjusted the idle air and advance timing, ..u guys ever tweak your idle adjustment and timing and ended up like me?

oh yea, the cheap mans mod to add HP. if its not done right, it will damage your motor, or even lose power. how many degrees did you set your timing to? also, its not a good idea to mess with your idle air screw. OBD2 motors are very sensitive, your car will throw a CEL on you. also messing with your idle air will mess up your engine idle. it will cause it your engine to have uneven idle, making the engine rpm continuously up and down. messing with the idle air can cause the IAC to fail.
