ignition/steering wheel lock/ plz help. =/

is there a way that you can unlock the steering wheel without the key being turned or watever?

as some of you may already kno, my key will not turn at all in my ignition.
i have tried everything from jiggling the steering wheel and turning the key to putting graphite powder (it actually made the key slide in faster, and i can tell it wants to turn, but the damn steering wheel is locked HARD)

i currently think its my steering wheel lock that is not making the key turned.

is there a way i can unlock the steering lock?
and where is it located in my 04civiclx. thanks

what are some other problems that i can take consider?

ummmm. some reason. after i park my car. my ignition will lock up to. i cant turn the key and my wheel doesnt move like yours. i dont know wat causes it but wat seems to do the trick is. i put it in Neutral and push back and wiggle the key again. if that doesnt work. i push the car forward and wiggle again. sooner or later it unlocks itself. i know thats not very technical but thats how i deal w mine. it doesnt happen often buit when it does thats wat works. gl bro
