well i just home from bodyshop and i thought id tease all ya wit my new paint. it was about 90% done by me (my first try). i didnt have time to do the bumpers so i have to wait till monday and maybe wednsdays ill do a full photoshoot
as zero of u remember, i was in a hit and run accident when i was in school and the guy that hit me left with out a trace. wit my insurance not covering it, i had three choices 1.pay outta my pocket to fix it, 2. leave it and sell the car soon 3. take bodyshop class in the summer and do it myself.
it took me about 3 months four days a week and six hours a day to complete it ( i learned as a went, which was difficult as hell) but damn was it worht it.
the car had a big damage in the rear quarter panel, small damage on the trunk, usual dents on the doors wit one large one, the front bumer had major paint chips, both fender had big dents and the hood had a large dent in the middle (my spark plug exploded), so basically evey corner of this car was worked on and man are my fingers numb from sanding. here some old pics of the car
