They are f**king horrible. I ordered civic projectors from them back in august they charged the credit card. never delivered the item. they returned only a few emails saying my projectors were about to be shipped then after a week that they were backordered, i never received s**t. i sent them letters, called, and faxed. Absolutely nothing. I waited several months and tried emailing them from a different address. They emailed me back not knowing who i was and then when i hit them with the problem and order # they completely ignored all other correspondence. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau in their area and they shaded the BBB. Dont f**k with them they are cheats. Dirty rotten bastards. I feel completely jipped. I wanna send those assholes anthrax.

Sorry for your experience. Mine was the total opposite I ordered my camber kits and coilovers they treated me very well.

Yeah, dont get anything from them. I ordered some Sprint 1.5" springs and it took hella f**kin long. I had to call them up and ask what the f**kin deal was and they finally shipped em. Gay.

hey man, do you have their actual number?? what is it, i want to call those bastards. they didnt have their number on their website. my only contact was thru email, and they ignored my emails, i have my order # and everything, I know their only projectors, but still its my $ and i just can't stand lettin them burn me.

Hey sorry man, I wish I could help but I dont have their number either. I e-mailed them like 5 times and they finally responded. That's so gay though, they probably knew they f**ked up and just ignored you. At least we know not to buy from them anymore.

According to a whois lookup the domain import-store.com is owned by a Brandon Rheem and it lists a PO box and a phone number of 949-678-4555. If you want to verify this you can go to www.register.com and click on a whois lookup and plug in their domain it will give you this info. Hope that helps!
