Anybody have experience with this unit in particular. A couple guys on clubrsx have them and like them but I'm looking for more opinions if I can get them.

never been a huge fan of eclipse products to be honest, i personally would go w/ the pioneer avic-d2 but thats me, pioneers new navi stuff is sweet as fawk and alway updateable (not to say eclipse isn't) and the d2 is one contained unit meaning no seperate box to hide

I looked at the Pioneer but it sucks for IPOD. It doesn't display song title or artist or anything, it just says IPODnnn, where nnn is the time left on the track.

Thanks for the headsup though, any other suggestions? I'm thinking of maybe just building a carputer.

whoa that's crazy.

And I don't want a fold in one becuase it'll be in the way of my climate controls, which I hate. Plus I want a factory look.

yea i'm thinking about getting rid of my roll-out and getting the d2, not quite sure on it yet, and that would just drop me 1k less from the bike LOL, and on the addy

i have heard bad things about the eclipse. Personally I think all of their equipment is garbage. I would go witth the alpine nav units. Probably the best made,
