In dash shift light

I was wondering is there anyway to change one of the empty stock cluster lights(LOw gas, need oil, stuff like that) into a shift light? I think integras had the just wondering if i could do it?

You can use Crome with a plugin to use your CEL as a shift light. Completely programming in Crome, assuming you're already set up with an OBD1 ECU. You also must run a P30 base map to allow this. You can import your maps from a P28 onto a P30 base map with no problem.
