In-Line Fuse Problem

I went out to my car this morning and found out my 50A in-line fuse to my amp for my subs was blown. Went to AutoZone and bought a new fuse. It immediately blew when I put it in. The keys were'nt in the ignition and the two 30A fuses in the amp itself are not blown. I can't figure out what the problem is. Can anyone help?

Most likely, you have a direct short to ground in your power wire....Check over it carefully to look for any cuts in the wire!!Click here

I checked the power cord briefly but I also noticed that I dont have a d-block. My power wire goes from battery to in-line fuse to amp.

That's because your running only one amp....You dont need one with your set up...Keep checking, i'm almost sure you have a short....
