In need of 1995 Honda Civic LX head gasket replacement directions

I have a 1995 honda civic lx and it need of a new head gasket. For a while i used Bars gasket sealant and it worked for about 3 weeks at a time but im sick of using the sealant and a friend of mine is willing to fix it.
I was just wondering if anyone had any directions that could help me out on how to change it.
