Injector Question

Building an ls/vtec for about 18 psi. will ford 5.0 injectors fit and work for this setup? Im new to turbo and i have these injectors laying around. Please help.

Not sure how many cc's they are but I'd get 1000cc Injectors. Never know if something could be wrong with them and hold you back from making power. How'd you get the wanting to build the motor for 18 psi's though?

yeah thats true. i was just asking cuz i have them and maybe i could use them. and i got 18 psi because i have a friend that was running the same and he was making decent power with that.

Oh I see. Well good news for you. A motor that is built to put out good power at 18 psi's should be good for higher. I'd use and avcr boost controller and have different maps so you can map three different boost ranges. Daily driving, more power, and full on racing (max psi). Just an idea.

Yeah i was planning on doing that but thanks any way. I was thinking of just 2 maps like 12 for DD and 18 for more power. And as for the injectors ill just get some 1000cc injectors to be on the safe side.

i recommend precision 1000cc peak hold injectors..you'll need a resistor box as well
