Installing an alarm

I have a 2001 Coupe EX Civic and want to install a Clifford Concept 600 alarm. I was wondering if there were any walk throughs on this, and how easy of an install it would be. Also, would I have to disable the factory alarm? I have a friend that used to do A/V stuff but it has been a while and he wants to know about how long it takes, so he knows about how much he should charge me. Thanks in advance.

it should take around 2 hours or more. It took the guy i went to about 2 hours but he didnt have to take out any factory alarm. He installed it for free for me because i was a returning costumor
