A breather?...do you mean a blow off valve?...because if thats what you mean then you need to cut your intake and install it

are you talking about those little filter looking things that apc makes to go on your air intake?

well i thought that intakes had two holes in em, i dunno if the aem one does or not but my K&N does... one is for the temp sensor and the other i usually plug up but i think that it is for those breather things.

if you look at the stock setup your oem intake has a whole for the O2 sensor and also tubing that goes into the valve cover as seen below. That is why there are 2. The breathers are supposedly designed to replace your O2 sensor which will in turn screw up your car b/c the comp has no idea how much air is coming in and I also believe the breathers are illegal (at least in NY I know they are)

as you can see, the breather filter is attached to the valve cover. then you need to plug up that hole on your intake, otherwise you will lose air through that hole. I used a bolt cap cover and placed it over that hole on the intake.

oh, and the breathers are not used to replace 02 sensors...or any sensor for that matter.
