Im having a hard time picking out a Intake manifold. I currently have a 81.5mm b18b block with a 00 si b16 head, gsr cams, sc61 turbo...etc etc. Looking for 600whp on race gas on the dyno, and occasionally at the track. But about 400whp daily driver. (will probably only be at the 600whp range less than 5 times in its life)
I do not plan to rev crazy high, and not really looking for peak power. Just something that will increase the midrange, but not suffer on topend really.
Im debating between the JG Edelbrock manifold, AEBS manifold, Skunk2, and Blox manifold.
I have heard mixed reviews from alot of people, and looking for people with real experience with any of those manifolds. From what "i hear" the aebs is pretty comparable to the skunk2 which is about the equivalent of a ported type-r manifold. The victorx is (again from what i heard) more of a high rpm top end manifold. And the Blox in between.
For this application which would you recommend. Right now im leaning towards the AEBS and have a good deal on one local with a TB as well, but looking for some input from other people.
