Intake

I want to get an intake but not spend to much money, prob get it off ebay or something.
I don't want a cold air though b/c I don't want to get water sucked up. Thinking a short ram intake or something, what brands are good and which brands are crap? and if i can find a K&N Filter for cheap i'll prob put that on it. Any ideaS?

That's why they make two piece CAIs with bypass.
