So im trying to get my tac to go from blue leds to red leds when the Vtec kicks in.(i already have all the leds in place i just need the switch) I know its a pretty basic thing, I just need a little switcher that opens one circuit and closes another when the 12v from the vtec hits it. If you know what chip/switcher/whatever i need for this i would really appreciate it. Thanks.

I was going to use a transistor but i cant figure out where to put the 12v vtec onto or the other 2 leds.
oh. so i guess this is really easy to accomplish using a simple relay. anyone want a diy on how to do this before i start?-its going to cost about $6
