interchangable cluster 96-2000

k i searched before posting...
So i have a 97 dx and i heard that 96-2000 cluster are interchangable
can i put a 96-2000 ex cluster on my dx civic?
and any ideas why my light on cluster isn't working?
i hit a bump and it stopped working lol, but srs, and brake lights still lights up

so since my dx has no tach i can get a ex cluster(inlcudes with a rpm tach) and plug it and work no problem?
oh yeah what other clusters would work ? integra or prelude?
any suggestions?

far as i know the only plug and play without modifying ur bezel and all that jazz is the 96-00 clusters...i myself put in a ex cluster in my dx hatch and everything worked noproblem

I dont know about ludes' but you can swap a integra cluster after some modification.

Junkyard or eBay. If there was a store that sold 96-00 EX clusters they will be hella expensive.

I got mine off of a friend and it works perfect! I got it riced out with a white bezel, but I got a CTR bezel from sk8shorty and it looks clean.
