Intercooler Help

[1999CivicEX]

Can anyone tell me where I can buy a intercooler kit with piping. I am having diffuculty finding the. The car is 2000 Civic EX with the D16Y8. The only kit I have found for my year is the 99-00 si kit which I am sure I can't use for mine
