Intercooler sizing

I am looking to keep my square fogs(96-98) with my intercooler.

This intercooler is 27x6x2.5. I think it should be about right. I know I don't need anything bigger power wise but I'm just wondering if anyone has kept there fogs with what size intercooler. I'd go out and measure and all but I am away from the car(college) for a couple more weeks.Thanks

i would think it has more to do with the piping and not so much the intercooler size.
