Random question. But can you run a intercooler with no turbo? dont flame me i just want to ask this.

intercoolers were designed to run with turbos. running one without turbo is pointless.

haha they put that cai on in an episode of horsepower tv. it was something like a 95 lx sedan and they put i/h/e and dynoed it to only get i think 8 more whp

It's pretty pointless as the incoming air will be largely the same temperature as the air you are trying to cool it with.
