interior and exterior lights pulse

i have a new battery new alternator new spark plug wires, plugs, etc and all of the lights pulsate anybody have a solution, and car wont start without a jump. any sugestions?

Have you checked all the grounds. That was the problem I had with mine. The ground that goes from the battery to the chassis wasn't tight enough, so it wouldn't complete the circuit and of course, the car wouldn't start.

where else can i put the ground thats on the front cross member, because its smashed to $hit and barely connected to the shell maybe thats the problem im an idiot!

if one ground is not grounded good enough.....then thats all it needs to not start correctly.

ok so now i have all grounds tight, lights still pulse. then i checked where there was oil leaking out, it was coming out of the dizzy so tomarrow im going to replace the o ring, but now the car wont start (yes i hooked everything back up, sensors etc..) even with a jump WTF! engine rotates but no fire, and i found a pinch in the gas line going into the fuel pump, so hopefully thats the problem, and can i fix the pinch with a piece of rubber hose and clamps or do i have to replace the whole line.. feedback please i know engine help should go into engine and trans.. but no need for new thread.
