easy. just take off the 2 under dash panels(drivers foot well has 3 screws and a few connectors, under climate control has 6 screws, there are lots of diys out there for the panels), then you have access to the cigaret lighter, cut the wires and splice in your leds, are you running a switch to them? or how do you plan to activate them?

hmmm...well, hmmm...there is are 2 ways that i know of to do that, under your dash there should be a fuse box(i have a 98 so im not 100% on this) somewhere on there(you have to look up a fuse box diagram, should be the dome light relay, you could tap that fuse with your leds and then they would come on with the door. OR, you could take part the drivers side column that spits the windshield from the drivers side window, and there should be the wires or the dome light in that, then you could tap the line and it would work. i think the easiest thing is to find the fuse though.
