Interior panel removal

So the other night a nice big Range Rover backed into my poor civic so now I need help taking the inside panel off so I can push the dent out from the inside.

Ok so I'm looking for help on how to remove the inside plastic panel

I tweaked your title to be more clear &
Based on your area. "Back interior panel" sounds like a different issue.

Keep in mind that if your insurance does not cover the repairs then you will be limited at how much you can push out yourself. Do some research to see what I mean.

Problem with insurance paying for it is the damage is worth more then the car so
It's not worth it. Also the guy who hit me have me false information so this is pretty much my option.
