INterior Roof Panel

My Roof Panel was falling off on one side...and since my sunroof was leaking I pulled it out a bit more to check out what was going on. Now I want to dismount the whole panel to work the sunroof a bit, But I don't know how to get around that.

Anyone have a small guide or how to on how to do this? Maybe even on fixingleaking sunroofs at the same time?

Ok now never mind this...I found out how to get it out. Now my question is this...is my roof panel supposed to be wood? I thought it was a foam but mine is made of wood...dunno what I should do now!

yes it is the wrong section but it is supposed to be a tan foam not wood
