Intermittent loss of power at 70-110 km/hr

Hi im new to this forum and am having a bit of an issue, i am mechanically inclined but i am also no mechanic. Im having trouble with my power at higher speeds recently, when i am in 4th or 5th gear and traveling a constant speed randomly it will feel as if i took my foot off of the gas and when i push my foot down more nothing changes until its almost floored and then it jumps.

this happens at random times, i thought it could be something like a fuel delivery problem, i have had the fuel filter changes swell as the fuel pump but the problem has not changed.

if anybody could give me some advise as to what i should do that would be greatly appreciated, i've taken it to multiple mechanics and dealerships but as there is no check engine light they could not find any problem

the car is a 1997 civic cx hatchback with a short ram intake, there are no other mods done to it aside from aesthetics

TPS or MAF? Have you calibrated your TPS sensor lately?
My car had the same symptoms when the MAF went bad. But my car wouldn't start.

how difficult would it be to just replace the tps so i don't end up making it worse?
Not difficult, but you are going to have to calibrate it when you replace it :what:

alright ill give it a try and see how it goes, is there anything else it could be aside from the tps?
The MAP sensor. Check it and see if it's good or swap it with a known good one and see if it changes.
