I was wondering about an internal wastegate on the TD05H I read some where that it is already set to 6 PSI. So I wouldnt have to get an external wastegate I would just have to get a boost controller right.

bah! i used an ebay $14 one and it worked fine. no sense in spending $100 for an MBC

Its really hit and miss man. I mean you can make them for like $6, but what if it fails?

To each their own, and I've done a helluva lot riskier things than using a home made MBC and its turned out fine lol =)

just want to give proper warning of the consequences, ya know

hehe I learned the schematics of using a 32pin eprom that could fit 6 OBD1 maps (its a obd2 ecu) that you could use a turn knob on to switch between different maps... wonder if i still have it bookmarked
