Ion Headlights GONE!

So i recently met up witht his guy that wanted some Ion headlights for his blue SI, and i wanted some stock SI's, so long story short. We swapped. Here are the pics.
I honestly think the Ion headlights look hella pimp on his car, since its blue, but it just didnt flow with mine since mines orange.

Heres before/after pics of the headlights ( spent about 6 hours sanding/buffing them, and theres still a LITTLE bit of haze, but im satisfied.)

His SI is not your normal SI... it has a usdm b16 block with a jdm b18 type r head

what did you use to clean your lights up?

600grit wetsand paper
followed by
1500grit
followed by
lots of scrubbing/buffing/polishing.

Im going to do a yellow tint on my headlights, just for shits in grins. If i dont like it ill pull the clear vinyl off and paint the housings gunmetal/black. We'll see where it goes.

the ions actually started to grow on me when you had ur car with the orange... but now that you have it blue, i like the other's better
