iphone hookup???? N E one know if this is possible or exist???

so i got a 97 civic ex. and since its 13 yrs old and my alternate car for the winter im not tryna put too much $$$ into it. so both my power door locks on my coupe dont lock anymore so as i suspected eventually my 10yr old head unit would get stolen in time. and it finally did a couple weeks ago. now when i drive my civic around i got no tunes. instead of wasting $75 on another radio that will prob get stolen again since i dont plan on fixing my doorlocks, i just play my iphone and listen to it through the iphone's tiny speakers. so my question is,
is there a cable available out there that i can plug directly to the stock wire harness (with no head unit installed) so i play my iphone and listen to it from the car's speakers? i did some searching but found nothing so im guessing its not possible if anyone knows of any such thing let me know. thanks in advance.

No, vie never heard or seen that, just buy a 50$ deck insane for Christmas w/ a removable face plate..it's really not that much

I have an iPhone 4 and I bought a fm transmitter that plugs into the cigarette lighter for $20 on sale. I mostly use it for my iPod classic but I have a few songs on my iPhone that I don't have on my iPod. I find the iPhone causes some fuzzy interference at times that classic doesn't have... It's worth a shot. I can give you a link if you want it.

Get a transmitter, or with some aftermarket decks like the one I have (Alpine) they actually make an iPod hookup for it. I use it all the time, works perfect. I can even search through the deck. Cost me about 150 bucks for mine, about 3-4 years ago.

Also, you're from Rochester? I go to school at RIT. If you see a blue sedan around with obnoxiously pink winter steelies.. yeah that's me.
