is intercooler piping going to be a restriction?

my car is almost ready to be tuned but i am not sure if my intercooler piping is going to restrict my car. i have 2 inch intercooler pipig on a b16 with the following mods.

unorthodox cams and cam gears
skunk 2 valve train
wisco pistons
eagle rods
3 inch turbo back exhaust
turbonetics 60 trim
etc....

i just want to know if i can hit close to 400whp with that piping and a stock intake manifold?

ya you should be able to.... actually the smaller the intercooler piping the better.... but im not sure if thats the case if your shooting for 400whp lol....

Intercooler size is important, depending on how many PSI you are running.

2inch? I would step that up a bit personally, 2 inch is very small especially on a built motor shooting for 400whp.

also, most intercoolers are setup for 2.5" charge piping, not 2"

ya i would upgrade to 2.5" just to be sure....
