Is it possible to tune an obd2 ecu?

Obviously you can switch it back for inspection... There's so many ways around this I'm not going to even take the time to list a single one of them.

no please list one. cause hmmmm common sense says with a cam and tuned obd1 ecu, swapping the stock ecu in will not work. ever run an aftermarket cam on a stock ecu and have good results?
