Is there an easy way to replace the driver's side headlight bulb?

I know this was a problem at least as far back as 5th gen, but it seems to be slightly worse on 6th gen. The rear of the driver's side headlight housing is blocked, making bulb replacement very difficult. Does anyone know an easy way to get at this area? When I had my EG I just popped the reservoir out of its holder, and held it out of the way by force while I replaced the bulb, but I haven't checked yet if this will work on my EJ. Any help is appreciated, thanks =)

I don't have to take off the bumper and Im pretty sure there's no big difference with 5th and 6th gen, it was hard but not impossible

You just have to take some screws/clips out of the inner fender plastic pieces and pull that back, giving you acess to the back of the headlight.

just take the power steering resvior (sp?) out of its hold and that should give you enough room....Or if you still dont have enough room, take the 7 black clips off the top of the bumper, and the two philips screws in the wheel wells, one in each wheel well, and the bumper should just hang once you pull it forward a little bit..then just unscrew the headlight, and swap the bulb...just reverse the process to put the bumper back on, just make sure the foam bump stop is in it place..good luck
