Is thier a CARB legal Intercooler kit that I can use?????

I just had a question. Is there such thing as a carb legal intercooler kit.
It seems like there are only 2 CARB legal turbo kits
The greddy 18g kit (without intercooler) $2,300

And

The Edlbrock kit (with intercooler) for about $3,900

Would it be possible to find an intercooler kit that can be used with the 18g kit That would be carb legal in order to save some money.

It's probably better just to go with the Edlbrock kit, But I was just wondering if there is such a thing as a CARB legal intercooler kit.

I was told that the only reason why the greddy is carb legal, was becuz of the emanage, not the intercooler.............don't really know

how would an intercooler mess with carb? forgive me if it's a dumb question but we don't have emissions in MI so it's all a little strange to me

IT's not a dumb question!
that's what I want to know. But if you have any parts on the car without a Carb#, CARB states get mad.

I was just wondering if I went with the greddy 18g kit (which is CARB legal, but does not come with an intercooler) and baught the intercooler upgrade if it would void the CARB.
