Is this an OEM catalyic converter?

I took this cat off my EM1 cause of my terrible gas mileage and p0420s, was wondering if its an OEM or not.

why didn't you just use a O2 simulator ???

Looks original. Go take it to a scrap yard and pay for a test pipe or something, unless you have state emissions tests. I don't here in Alabama so I just swapped the pipe out for the cat and picked up some extra cash. At least get a new cat with the discount from the scrapyard.

Couldn't get it out, you can see on the picture where its starting to get stripped, I tried with a huge ass pipe wrench, I'm assuming that its the original cat. How much do scrapyards take these for?
