I'm thinking of running ITB on my b16 head, i have a b18 block (both with type R internals) instead of an edelbrock victor X is this a better choice, and if so what ITB are a good bang for your buck? anything that i should know in particular about running ITB'S? all feed back is good feed back need all the help i can get. thanks ahead of time for any info

itb's are hard to tune (relatively) and without a tune they'll probably make you run lean. For a stock motor, NO one currently sells properly sized ITB's, they're all much to large. It will probably hurt your power actually.

You can however take GSXR ITB's are fix them to your intake manifold runners (have to cut of the collector and main section of the manifold and either weld runners or use silicon connectors with clamps) and attach a honda tps and learn how to set it. Or pay some one to do it (think my cost was about 200 total for a z6 intake manifold, the itbs, the tps, the coupler etc but i put it together myself)

if its a stock motor or this thing is anything close to a dd dont do it
not only the above mentioned stuff, but the tune needs to changed alot for alot of reasons making them alo of upkeep and if you dont update them they will not help you/may hurt you.
