Does anyone have the ITR rear sway bar on their EK? I heard you can put them on but it consists of a little work. Anyone know any info on this?

I heard that they fit but work needs to be done. I was either thinking of getting a CTR or ITR rear sway and SI front sway bar.

if your talking about 23mm lower rear sway bar, then yes, it will fit. i had one on my 00 si. but i had to take it off because its touchin my exhaust piping and i can hear it tapping every little bump. you can get the 99-00 si and put it in the other 96-98 civic since its easier and cheaper to get. i think the stock si 21mm. but im not sure. but the 96-98 front lower sway bar are different from 99-00.

Here's an article off of Clubsi.com, it deals with the 22mm ITR sway bar, but I'm sure you can do the same with a 23mm ITR sway bar, just need 23mm bushings.

(all the damn pictures are broken though)

And stock Si rear sway bars are only 13mm... there is a massive amount of difference between it and the Type Rs.

To get the Si front sway bars on, you'll need to replace the front LCAs, forks and endlinks.

si front isnt worth it. stay with your stock on, or even get a ex if its bigger, which i dotn think it is. if you get a rear you will handle much much better, but if you get a larger front two, it will counteract the larger rear.

For the rear, you don't have to replace any of the parts. But you will have to get the mounting bracket, endlinks, and necessary bushings for the specific size of your sway bar.

For the Type R sway bars, you might consider Beak's reinforcement kit to make sure the sway bar doesn't rip out of your subframe.
