I have found a junkyard with an ITR (2000 model), its done 30000 UK miles. He wants £3000 for the the engine, tranny, wiring etc and all the parts needed for an engine conversion. If i decide not to get the engine i'm going to have the rear disks so i can put them on my coupe. The guy wants £250 for all the bits i need for the conversion.

Is this a good deal for each conversion or is the guy ripping me off, he also said bring a list of everything you will need and i can have it for the prices he said.

One last thing if i go with the rear disks but not the engine the front hubs will have 4 lugs and the rear will have 5 (see where i'm going?) how will i deal with this problem.

thats average price, but its better for you get ther front also it has bigger rotors and when you get rims it will cost more because you would have to buy two 4lug in front and 5lug in the back., tell him to throws in the brake booster/cylinder also.

yea do all 4 brakes. Heck do the whole ITR suspension. motor sounds like fair price if you got the cash grab it i'd say.

take the entire car man. you wont have to worry about missing engine stuff that he forgot to give, you can grab the entire suspension, and get that beautiful interior. then you can part out whats left (interior pieces you dont use like the dash and cluster as well as any good body pieces)

got the rear disks, cant afford the engine yet with insurance an' all, the guy wouldn't sell me the front disks he said i got have the whole front (engine, axles, tranny etc) or nothin. Going to clean them up ready to be installed, once i get the fronts.
