well its been a little over a month since some a*****e stole my car outta my gfs drive way. and let me tell you how badly this screwed me...since then i have lost my job, due to not being able to get a ride to work every morning (and living in the middle of no where), im backed up on my child support now, had no money saved cause i just put it all into my car before it was stolen, and basically up shits creek with no paddle at all... i never thought this would impact my life in this way i really dident. and to top it off still nothing has been found on my car at all. so i hope the douche that got my car really needed that bad cause you really screwed me hard and i really hope you get whats coming to you.... sorry just felt the need to vent..having one of them days

Is there any possibility for your girlfriend to help you out in this situation? Whether it be financially, help finding a job, help giving you a ride? Possibly even moving in with her to help offset your living expenses?

x2, tell that beotch to come get your ass, life lesson, never throw every penny you make into a car, cause you will never get it back. and now all that money you could have saved up , is gone. need to just have a savings account just for your car, drop 20-30 bucks a week in it and use that money to fix your car up thats what i do, and once that money is dry, i dont buy anything else till i save up more

And this is why you don't drop all your money into a Honda.

Yeah he's right, but sometimes you cant resist that because you see other people fixing their cars and it makes you wanna do the same... OP Good luck bro hopefully everything gets better...

Damn dude, yea things are rough for a lot of people right now. Lots of people on this site feel for you. My ride didnt get stolen, but its needed A LOT of money for repairs, and I have only had it for 9 months. Work is slow, and I owe my dad lots of money for insurance and school tuition. Just keep your head up and you will get through it. Are you collecting unemployment?

Full coverage > all.

Sucks to be you dude, but now you've learned a valuable lesson.

In your case;

full coverage will payout on rental insurance once your car is reported stolen (up until they find it, or for 30 days until your vehicle is deemed "total loss") then it would pay out on the value of your vehicle, plus the cost of the rental car, and you'd be sitting on some $$$$ to go buy another car right now.
