I am about to do the j series swap into my 1998 civic 4 door. I picked up the shifter box and cables and a 2004 Acura tl speed transmission. I am in the process of buying the j32 cl engine from the local Jdm depot. Will post pics when I get the motor and start the swap. Just wanted to see your guys opinions about it.

Now that you started the thread with just a shifter box and cables, you must finish it or never post here again!!! FINISH OR DIE!

Hood clearance is deff going to be a problem but having some massive hood spacers and no Skelton in it will help out Audi am 100 % committed to doing this. I was going to do anj30 but the transmission won't bolt up to it sadly :(. But once I get the j32 I will deff get it moving for you guys. I will try to keep you posted as much as I can. And thanks for the support ! Going to be a lot of work but I'm up for it

hood clearance is solved by Skelton removal and/or using the older and smaller intake manifold. this is old news for a j swap
