JDM D15b Greddy Turbo Kit

So I just ordered up a JDM D15B and an SI tranny for my 93 CX. Havent done the swap yet but I will be in the next couple weeks. I found a guy locally selling a Greddy Turbo Kit for an EG so I picked that up too. I know these are not powerhouse kits but I only paid $350 and it looks to be a complete kit with intercooler. Turbo is a TD04H I think that is the 15g turbo right? It says TD04H on the housing. If this setup is not enough which turbo's can be upgraded to this manifold? It has all the piping and downpipe clamps and oil line, BOV. Turbo looks like its in good shape.

Questions:
In addition to what I have what else am I going to need?
Do I need bigger injectors or will stock ones work?
Should I also buy a edlebrock or skunk intake?
If I need any more bolt ons I want to do it while the engine is out.
How about a turbo head gasket and arp head studs?
What about adjustable cam gear?
Should I replace the clutch? Which clutch should I get for this setup?

Also planning on a walboro fuel pump. I know I need a chipped ecu and tune for all this. We have a local tuner here that is real good I was gonna hit him up when its all put together.

I would love to have a 200whp daily driver. Do you think I can achieve this with this setup?

Any advice with this setup would be appreciated. Thanks.

That kit is pretty basic, no injectors of Fuel Pump needed. You CAN however upgrade everything listed for a better build but the Greddy kit is made to be direct bolt on.

You will get Fast spool but not a lot on the high end. It will be fun but not super fast. I would say 140-160 WHP is a better goal with a good tune.

I speak from experience with this exact kit. I ended up parting mine out and made a few bucks and upgraded a few things.

I have a Greddy E-Manage that is designed for this kit for sale right now. PM me if interested it is Brand New in the box.

I'll get it all laid out on my floor when I get home and take some pics. Not sure exactly which kit it is. What does the e-manage do?

If I cant reach my goals its cool. Bought it super cheap and didnt even plan on getting a turbo right now. was just going to do the motor swap and call it a day. So I will be happy with anything really. Just want to do it right with what I have and make it reliable.

An E-Manage belongs to the category of electronics called piggyback controllers. They are called this because the do not completely replace the factory engine management unit, but rather work in conjunction with the factory unit to allow you to tune and control specific aspects of the engine's operation while allowing the the original to maintain control of the rest. It is the best of both worlds!
GReddy EManage connected to laptop

Today's engine management unit is an incredibly complex piece of machinery. It does far more than simply control the delivery of fuel and ignition to the engine. They also control valve timing and are responsible for adjusting emissions. Nearly every piece of electronic equipment in the car ties its operation into the ECU. You can't simply yank it out and expect the car to operate correctly.

Fortunately, there is hope for the auto enthusiast who needs to extract more performance from his or her car than the stock ECU was intended to provide. That hope is the GReddy EManage. This precision controller will allow you to adjust a broad range of performance-related controls in concert with the ECU. The result? Killer performance and a car the works properly, as the manufacturer intended. Consider just a few of the things you can control with your GReddy EManage:

Fuel Delivery - Compensate for upgraded mass air flow meters, throttle bodies, or fuel injectors.

Adjustment of fuel delivery at 5 different RPM ranges
Adjustment of air flow meter signal by up to 20%
Incorporated Fuel- and Boost-Cut Controller
Control of up to two additional injectors activated by boost or RPM level (with optional boost sensor)
Idle adjustment circuit included

Ignition Timing Adjustment - Control your ignition timing under high-output conditions (with optional timing adjustment harness)

VTEC Timing - Have one of these in your car? Now you can do even more!

Set valve timing based on Engine Speed
Use your factory non-VTEC ECU with your VTEC engine swap!

The EManage even features password protection of the user's setup and stores its settings in non-volatile memory so settings are not lost if the battery is disconnected or dies. It's what you've been looking for!

Posted pics of the setup. Let me know what you think.

Take a look at the pic of the t valve thing I am holding in my hand. What is this?

Also how would I go about adding a boost controller to this setup?
