edit: 9003/h4 bulbs are for USDM headlights. If he has SiR(eg6/jdm) headlights, he'll need the h4h light bulbs. You can however modify the h4/9003 bulbs to fit your JDM lights.

sorry to thread jack, but are 5th and 6th gen bulbs the same? I got some 6k HID's for xmas for my eg but have changed my mind and wanted to put 8K's in, and my wife has a 6th gen and wants 6k's so wanted to know if the 6k's I have will fit her 6th gen.
