Hey, I just swapped my jdm eg6 cluster in to my eg everything is working great! except for the tachometer, it is idling at the wrong rpms, when my car is started its is about 2000 rpms off:( does anyone know what the problem could be?

Is it a stock cluster. Were gauges ever in it where the needles had to be removed and reinstalled in the wrong location?

It is a stock cluster from the jdm eg6 I bought it from some jdm store in Toronto so I don't no if they tinkered with it !

take your cluster cover off when car is off take your needle and go right around once and pull it over the pin and should go back to normal.. if not do it again
