jdm gsr turbo....nitrous?

I'm new here and was recommended here by a friend. Anyways I have a 88 hatchback with a stock jdm gsr w\skunk 2 manifold and a 50 trim turbo on 10 lbs. I'm considering putting around a 50 shot of nitrous on the car also. The car is tuned with hondata s300 so I can control the nitrous through that or through my mallory hyfire ignition which has built in nitrous retard and window switch. I just wanted to see if anyone else has done this to a stock gsr or just get opinions of how much I'd be pushing the stock engine assuming its tuned safely.

nitrous plus turbo can be very hard on an engine. i would only use it if i was running a big turbo to help spool it up and then cut it when the turbo is at full spool

I wouldnt do the Nitrous route on a street car, if it were track, id tell you to run a bigger shot.. Hardcore presents another valid case as well.

Thats my plans eventually but I want to finish up another project first. I know 03/04 Cobras and srt4's have both had success with a boost/nitrous combination so I just wanted to see if anyone had luck with it on hondas.

Are you maxing out the turbo or something to need nitrous?

both of these cars bottom end have been built for FI, but a stock block civic cannot take it
