Yeah, i feel like a picture whore lately, but anyway.....finally got my racing seats installed. Yes, they are 3ARacing....this is me not giving a f**k

about the seats I guess some would say that they are crappy ITR replicas, but whooooo cares! lol

the seats really aren't that light, they are actually prolly a wee bit heavier cause of the aftermarket brackets.

doesnt look bad.. i obviously would have not gone with those seats.. but they look fine.. my only concern are the belts? who makes them... are the sfi approved? or are they just "show".

well....the seats were from eBay $305 shipped for the pair. Then I had to get brackets, which were about $75, but they needed some serious modifications. The seats were the BIGGEST pain in mah arse...EVER to install. w/o mah pops to help it woulda taken me like 300000 hours.

As for the harnesses, I ain't gon lie, I have no effin clue :-X

thats the only part that would worry me..

i dont know if you have heard this before.. but running a harness setup (even an approved one) is really dangerous without the correct bar in place.. if you are going to keep this setup (in all honesty the seats although in not big on the quality look fine ) id jump up to some good quality belts and an autopower bar... i have the takatas, and i had an autopower bar but sold it my new one should be ordered over the next week or so... if you go autopower call ken at ioport racing hes a really nice guy.. but as i said besides the safety issue doesnt look bad at all..

I plan on tinting the rear 3 slightly after I get all mah s**t put on. I'm not really a fan of tint.

BUT, what is stupid is people who stereotype....like say some newb came on here...posted up his civic and it was fully kitted with some obnoxious ugly body kit, altezzas, and big huge f**kin wheels that are just rice...and he had 3A Racing seats in his ride, i guarentee so many people would knock him on his seats and hop on the "Ricer" bandwagon...

I give Jez props just for putting them in though...i used to have red DAD racing seats in my VSM EX and they looked just as dope...nice man
