It's been about 10 business day's since I ordered my item and so I e-mail them about it and they said
"We ship the plate frames by us mail. Since us mail is not our main
shipping method we only go to the post office once a week. Our last drop
off was thursday. You will probably have your package by the time you
receive this email." So I said
"Than why did i recieve an email last week saying it was shipped? Well
anyways I didn't get it yet. Maybe you guys should note the once a
week drop off thing, so I would know ahead of time. I'll wait till
Monday and e-mail you guys back. Thanks!" Than he said
"Mailing a plate frame and stickers is not as crucial as mailing a clutch
for someone who needs to get their car up and running. If you are not
satisfied with the FREE shipping you are more than welcome to pay for ups
ground and have it shipped the same day." Than I said
"What? I just thought you would stand by your "please allow 1-7 days
for item to arrive" statement! Now you e-mail me to tell me I should
pay for UPS. How could you say it's not as crucial as mailing a
clutch. It's just like saying black people aren't as important as white
people. Why would I pay 14 dollars more for ups shipping or how ever
much. Just be real. If you didnt ship it when you promised, let me
know. I aint even tripping. Just wanted to know where it is, and now
you tell me i'm not as important as other customers? Better get your
system straight. It's called customer service. I aint trying to give
you an attitude or anything, its just that aint right. I'll wait till
the end of this week and than I'll call visa. Thanks"
