Hey, you should check out a web site called www.techronics.com, I bought a jl w7 for under $400 but it's a 10" sub, and that was the cheapest place I found it so you might want to check that out.

i was thinking tweeter too...they got a link on their website somewhere, can't remember exactly and you can look at all the in store used items, and every now and then they have the W7's...you can actually search all of their stores for in store used stock...if not looking for a warranty...why not ebay???
y not go for a diff brand? theres brands that are better than jl audio at cheaper prices
