The punch 200 dsm is only a 500 watt amp @ 4 ohm mono

your best bet would be to only run 2 of the 12w3
even though the oldschool rf is underated the jls can handle more than there rated power. 2 subs would also give the perfect ohm load to match up to that amp

if you ran three I would go with the dual 8 ohm
wire each woofer to an 16 ohm load
then bridge all the subs to the amp to acheive a 5.3 ohms at the amp

the problem is to run three woofers its better to have an amp thats 2 ohm stable or in this cas 1 ohm

either way you have the perfect power and amp for 2 woofers

and not ebough power for three

I have a 500w @ 4ohm (2ohm capable) phoenix gold amp with a 12in polk momo and thats all I need plus its a light setup with a small plexiglass box. If you are going for BIG power then get 2 more amps, another amp for more subs and an amp for the midrange speakers.
