Alrighty, lets start this out with THE ENGINE -- WOOOOOOTTTT finally delivered. the h22.
Here is what the engine bay looks like after 3 coats of black and 2 coats of clear... (thats after it is dry)
And here is my short ram that I painted White/blue white. Hella rice. Lol
And finally the motor mounts.... I got the axles as well but ill get pics of those later.
UPDATE!!
WORK DAY 2
First off ... here is a picture of the bolts that I will be using in my engine bay... I just wanted to do something different than normal bolt...
We pulled the fuse box and the battery out and plan to relocate the fuse box in the glove compartment and the battery under the passenger side front core support to sort of hide it...
We started stripping the engine bay and pulling the wires out so we can do a wire tuck in the fenders.
After we stripped the engine bay we got out the sand paper and sanded the engine bay down so we could re-paint it black.
Then we resprayed the whole engine bay... best part of the night because I felt like something actually got done....
Don't forget to ....
DAY 1 Pictures
Well, here is a pic of my empty engine bay (soon to be h double duece'd)
and another pic with Jason (the dude who is helping me put my engine in and get my civic done in 2 weeks, hopefully)
Here is the hole that we cut out for the shifter assembly for the H22...
Here is a pic of my all stock dash. yeah buddy. And you can see Jasons EG in front of me
We pulled like 15 random ass wires that went to no where....
Starting to pull apart the dash... but the steering where just will not come off there...
My brand new sorta fit bumper... it fit pretty well once we got the space heaters out and beat it to submission...
And ill finish with a couple random pics.... one is a sticker on my car... a lil obscene so i will post it as a hot link.... and something we saw written on a truck when we went and got my greddy timing belt..
