Still have the d16y7 with JRSC at 6 1/2 lbs. Is it me or is it really a b***h to tighten the belt without the tensioner pulley? It is the hardest thing to get to to loosen up is that top tensioner pulley.Now how do you hold that down to right it and try to wrench it down tight at the same time, I have the same question for the bottom pulley. I have tried but there is so much force pushing down on them I can't seem to move the pullies anywhere. Also, the 3pk1220 belt won't fit, I had to go with a 3pk1224, is this normal or could there be something wrong?

Why is are the 2 pullies such a b***h to tighten down and get tight and why won't my 3pk1220 belt not fit and I have to go to a bigger size? Please I am a noob in need of some very serious help here.... so frustrated
