I just put a new motor in my car! When I turn on the key to power everything up (not starting it!) my needle jumps up to 4,000! .....but when I go to roll down my window it goes down to zero?? As soon as I let off it goes right back up to 4?? Any suggestions on were to start??? Thanx! Josh
