What is the main diference that everyone uses a turbo set up instead of a supercharger set up? Is it because a supercharger takes power to create power and the turbo doesnt? just curious. Peace

Turbos, are the better option for a tiny little 4 banger is the bottom line, although both work well.

in short... turbo's are cheaper... easy to piece together, and, if done "right" can output more power.

supercharger is engaged all the time, and is belt driven, which shortens the life of your engine.

Also, turbos sound cooler
