Okay one thing i failed for is the windsheild wipers. The arms are stripped so the motor spins but doesnt turn the wipers (fml) and i cant find any ANYWHERE. Pepboys and autozone doesnt even carry them. Another is that its too loud. In my state its gotta be under 96.5 and the hatchy was at 100, is there anything i can do to make it a tiny bit quieter!? It also failed emisions (im guessing ill give it a tune up and hope for the best. And the last thing it failed for was the horn.. the stupid horn works when it wants to. On my way home i pushed the buttton and HONK there goes the f**king horn. But it didnt work in line for some reason. Any help would be aprreciated. THANKS!

Wiper arms: Check the junk yard.

Loud: Bad muffler or holes in the exhaust pipes?

Emissions: Replace the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor and check the ignition timing. Any CEL codes?

Horn: Check the switch inside the steering wheel, though a faulty clock spring is another possibility.

not sure about your state, but in my state the emissions test is a gas cap test... try replacing the gas cap.

Check the rotor and its contact point for damage, wear, or corrosion, which can cause engine misfiring and increased emissions.

Ron J for pres! Sic lookin hatch Mr. Honda. Junk yards are very good places to find rear disc break conversion parts, dampers, wire, and other misc parts. I found a fairly new K20A2 at a local yard for $3K.
